Conducting the pre-payroll process and reviewing to ensure employees are paid accurately for time worked Maintaining our private events dining tip sheets and auditing for accuracy Working directly with operations team to monitor, submit, approve and adjust employee timecards Tracking, maintaining and entering all manual payroll adjustments and re-reviewing for accuracy Reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports; maintaining company payroll log Responding to and completing employment verification requests Conducting a weekly review of newly submitted W-4's and final submission Handling the 401(k)-weekly upload Uploading the dependent care and health saving account contributions weekly Receiving, reviewing and adding any garnishments into the payroll system Researching and responding to any payroll related inquiries from employees in a timely manner Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in regards to employee information and company data Conducting payroll process and systems training for managers Coordinating with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data Auditing and ensuring accurate PTO calculations Other duties as assigned This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following
Qualifications:
You have a High School Diploma/GED You have at least 2 years' direct payroll administration experience Prior experience with UKG Payroll Software preferred Experience in a hospitality-related field is a plus You must be available to work the required hours of the position anywhere from 30 to 40 hours per week Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Strong work ethic and team player High degree of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate with various levels of management Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Physical Demands / Work Environment / Hours The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This position is primarily located in Big Night's Connecticut office located in Foxwoods Casino.
This role is considered a hybrid opportunity with flexibility to work from home up to two days per week following initial training period The estimated schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:
30 am to 5:
00 pm which includes a 30 minute lunch break per day.
Hours are flexible for the right candidate with the core hours of the position being estimated from 10:
00 am to 2:
