Assists Chefs by expediting and organizing food delivery to guests Adhering to sanitation and safety policies Stocking and replenishing items as needed Knowledge of menu items, table and seat position numbers (all taught once hired) Assists dining room service teams as needed with setting tables, placing and replacing silverware, clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and dining room General
Responsibilities:
Prepares expediting station with plates, utensils, garnishes, and tools for service Protects the restaurant and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies Executes the delivery of food to guests Supports dining room staff by preparing and carving food table-side Closes kitchen facility by cleaning, organizing and storing expediting station Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning and re-setting tables Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed Being alert to patron spills or other special needs Skills:
Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment Strong verbal communication and customer service skills General understanding of food preparations, cuts of meat, and food allergens Work experience and education requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years restaurant experience preferred Must be available to work weekends and holidays Preference given to Native Americans Job Types:
